Small but well appointed, and only a short walk from ​iconic Manly beach and the Corso, this stylish one ​bedroom apartment will fulfil all your holiday or long stay ​needs.


The 7th floor unit is located in a security block and offers ​panoramic views of Manly and Shelly Beach. With many ​restaurants and cafes at your doorsteps, the Manly ferry ​is only 5 minutes away, giving easy access to the city ​and beyond.

Your space

Our split-level apartment 'Manly Beach Seabreeze' features a ​single bedroom with pillow-top mattress queen size bed and ​ensuite bathroom. The lounge features a double pull-out sofa ​bed and opens up to a full length balcony with sweeping district ​and beach views. The kitchenette is small but well-stocked giving ​you the option to self-cater when you're not taking advantage of ​the myriad international dining experiences at your doorstep. The ​unit is equipped with air conditioning for those hot summer days.


Manly Beach Seabreeze has gorgeous eastern views. Watch the ​sun rise from the balcony and also make sure to stay home to ​watch the full moon come up over Shelly Beach. The view of the ​monastery, St Patrick’s Estate, lit up at night is really special.


The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 adults. It is ideal for a ​couple sleeping in the bedroom, however families or friends who ​are comfortable sharing a small space will enjoy the ​convenience of the sofa bed sleeping option.


The balcony balustrades are low and unfortunately the ​apartment Is not suitable for kids.

There is an entire floor ​reserved for residents ​and visitors parking. We ​are lucky to be one of the ​few buildings with parking ​in the centre of Manly

Swimming options

for all types of swimmers

Manly boasts pristine golden sands and ​crystal-clear waters, perfect for water ​activities. The walk to Shelly Beach is very ​picturesque and the beach sheltered from ​the ocean waves. There are also ocean ​swimming pools at both ends of Manly beach ​(Queenscliff and Fairy Bower). Cabbage Tree ​Reserve is full of incredible marine life.

Surfing & other sports activities...

Manly Beach is a world-renowned surf spot, ​drawing surfers from around the globe. Surf ​schools and surf board rental are scattered ​around. Other options include renting a kayak or ​stand up paddle board from Manly Cove. If water ​activities is not your thing, try renting a bike from ​Manly Bikes.

Scenic Walks

Enjoy breathtaking coastal walks to Shelly ​Beach and North Head with stunning views ​over Sydney Harbour Heads. The Manly ​Scenic Walkway to Spit Bridge was also voted ​in top 10 of attractions worldwide and we ​highly recommend it. Our favourite is less ​popular coastal walk to Curl Curl or Dee Why ​to explore the southern end of Sydney ​Northern Beaches.

G’day and thanks for looking at our Manly Beach unit.


I (Virginie) was born in France and lived in Paris I came to Australia in 2002 for ​6 months... but pretty much never left after that. Simon is from Byron Bay, ​another great Australian coastal gem.


We moved to Manly in 2011 because we think it is one of the best places in the ​world.


Simon loves high intensity exercise, surfing and craft beers, while I prefer yoga, ​wine and cocktails! We both enjoy cooking from scratch and eating delicious ​meals… If you are after local recommendations, we’d love to help.

Terms & conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • To secure your booking directly with us, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
    • Upon written agreement, we will block the dates for your stay until payment is received (maximum 72 hours).
    • We will provide our BSB and Australian account number or we can arrange payment via Paypal if preferred.
    • The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival date together with a refundable deposit of $500.
    • Failure to pay the balance by the specified due date will result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the initial deposits.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable, excluding the of $500 refundable bond.
    • No-shows and early departures will be charged the full booking amount, no refund will be offered.
  3. Property Rules and Regulations:
    • Guests are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations outlined by the property owner.
    • Any damage caused to the property during your stay may result in additional charges. The $500 refundable bond is to cover damages ​that may have been caused at the property.
  4. Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.
    • Late check-out / early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  5. Liability:
    • The property owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by guests during their stay.
    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  6. Changes to Bookings:
    • Changes to booking dates or property arrangements may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of the ​property owner.
    • Additional charges may apply for changes to bookings.
